Objectives of the Stretching course are the improvement of:
– muscle elasticity and joint mobility through specific muscle stretching techniques and joint mobilizations by taking isolated positions in order to best localize the beneficial effect, so as to prevent and eliminate contractures and preserve integrity;
– proper breathing, particularly abdominal breathing, is an indispensable element for the well-being of the musculoskeletal, visceral and psychic systems;
– control of one’s body, posture, balance, and movement as a natural consequence of this.

Toll parking
Parking in front of the structure is free for the first hour while subsequent hours are subject to charges. Below are the rates:
