Group cycling on a special bicycle in time to the music is a great training for strengthening leg muscles, glutes, lats, biceps and triceps, pecs and abs.
Spinning or indoor cycling is one of the disciplines that has met with the most success and popularity in the early third millennium, thanks to its mix of fitness and fun. The muscle groups involved are the muscles of legs, buttocks, lats, biceps and triceps, pectorals and abdominals. The cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory systems are strengthened; mood improves, as in all physical activities that help release endorphins, as well as concentration and self confidence.
Each workout will be different from the previous one with incremental progressions and self-calibrating tests to define levels.
