For all those who want to test themselves and train with consistency to get ready for a competition or to just feel better. Our personal trainers will use all their expertise to guide you on a path centered around you and your goals, where the passion for sport adjusts to your daily life.
The Coaching service includes a 5-week guided programme which includes a custom training schedule, the monitoring of your accomplishments and an ongoing communication with your coach, to ensure maximum support and establish a relationship of mutual trust. Furthermore, you will be able to keep track of your training sessions with the Mywellness application.
We offer you 3 different levels of Coaching. Choose the one that best suits you, based on your goals and ambitions (all training plans are renewable).
