Fitness, designed for those who want to lose weight, tone up, build a routine, and feel better in their body.
Endurance, dedicated to those who run, cycle, or train with more specific goals—from their first 10K to half marathons, marathons, or events like Stralivigno, ICON, or Granfondo.
Within each path, you can choose how much support you want and for how long.
Programs are available in 1-month or 3-month formats, and differ based on the level of coaching provided:
- Smart Start → to begin with a structured and guided approach
- Goal Mastery → for those who want consistent monitoring and ongoing adjustments
- Peak Perform → for those seeking complete, highly personalized support
No standard plans: every program is built around your goals, your level, and the time you can dedicate to training.

Smart Start 1 month
Choose this plan if you want to start running or cycling with a structured program, without improvising. A personalized plan to build a solid foundation and train consistently from day one.
– Initial consultation – Assessment/tests if needed (30 min)
– Personalized Training Plan
– Data & Activity Analysis
– Training Plan Review

Goal Mastery 1 month
Choose this plan if you want to prepare for a race with a program that adapts to your progress. Continuous analysis and ongoing adjustments to help you truly improve.
– Initial consultation – Anamnesis/test if necessary (30 min)
– Personalized training plan
– Data and activity analysis – weekly
– Weekly feedback exchange with the coach before/after activity
– Training plan review – weekly
– Plan adjustments if needed (injuries, specific requirements)
– 1-to-1 support via WhatsApp – within 48 hours
– End-of-month evaluation and report

Peak Perform 1 month
Choose this if you’re aiming for maximum performance and want a complete preparation. Every workout is analyzed and optimized to ensure you arrive ready on race day.
– Initial consultation – Anamnesis/test if necessary (30 min)
– Personalized training plan
– Data and activity analysis – every 2 days
– Feedback exchange with the coach before/after activity – every 2 days
– Training plan review – weekly
– Plan adjustments if needed (injuries, specific requirements)
– 1-to-1 support via WhatsApp – within 24 hours
– 1 phone consultation or in-person session
– “Pre-race” session (Race strategy, pacing management, etc.)
– End-of-month evaluation and report
