Is the use of swimming caps mandatory?
The swimming cap is mandatory in Slide&Fun and in the 25 m swimming pool.
In case of need, it can be purchased directly at the Aquagranda reception € 3 cloth cap, € 9 silicone cap.
Is there only a day ticket or an hourly ticket?
For Slide&Fun area and Wellness&Relax area it is possible to buy the day ticket.
Are there outdoor pools?
In the Wellness&Relax area there are two hydromassage tubs while in the Slide&Fun area there is a large solarium.
A new outdoor Acqua Spray area is scheduled to open in summer 2024.
Are there any reduced rates for the disabled?
The access fee for the disabled is always the lowest list price (reduced rate), while free admission is granted to an accompanying person.
Is the bar service available?
The Bar&Bistrot area is open every day and the service is also available from the Slide&Fun area. In addition, there is also an area within the Wellness.
At what time is the exit from the baths and from the various services of the Wellness&Relax area scheduled?
Thirty minutes before the closing time of the centre, therefore the last half hour is dedicated to the shower and change of clothes.
Are the changing rooms separated between mens and womens?
No, the changing rooms are mixed, and everyone has the possibility to change inside closed cabins.
