What courses are planned during the year and to whom are they addressed?
During the year our instructors offer various Fitness Courses that differ in type of training such as Total Body, Spinning, HIIT, Run Training for more intense training, Pilates or Yoga to regain the well-being of body and mind and, as regards the swimming pool, the facility offers Water Courses such as Hydrobike and Acquagym which, by combining movement in the water with music, are considered among the most effective and enjoyable fitness practices.
